I participated in the first annual Michelin In-TIRE-national art contest to celebrate Upstate International Month. Each participant was given four tires to create a piece of art with an international theme. See many of the other entries here and detail images from my piece below.
Greenville Open Studios starts tonight. Patricia’s work is now in the Squared Off exhibit at the MAC Gallery. It is a show of 2011 participating artists located at 16 Augusta Street in the historic West End district, Greenville, SC. It runs through December 16th.
Mark your calendars. Greenville Open Studios is coming up this weekend, November 4th-6th. Come see me at 10 Central Avenue Studios on Friday from 6 to 9pm, Saturday between 10am and 6pm, or on Sunday from noon to 6pm.

Open Studios is a great opportunity to talk to local artists, step inside their studios, and see how they work. Plan to attend and experience the vibrant arts community here in Greenville. New to Open Studios this year is a mobile friendly directory page which allows you to find information and studio directions for your favorite participating artists using your smart phone.
The exhibition opens October 29th and runs through December 17th. MAC is located at 16 Augusta Street, Greenville, SC 29601.
